THE ESTIMATES PROVIDED BY SYGMADATA ARE MODEL-GENERATED APPROXIMATIONS AND ARE NOT INSURER-ISSUED QUOTES, OFFERS, GUARANTEES, ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATIONS, OR RECOMMENDATIONS TO PURCHASE FROM ANY INSURER.

1. Estimates are derived from SygmaData's independent model using public and historical regulatory filing information and other lawful inputs. They may differ from actual carrier premiums.
2. SygmaData is not an insurance company, insurance agency, insurance broker, or insurance agent, and does not sell, solicit, negotiate, quote, bind, or place insurance.

5. Any interruption or cessation of service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SYGMA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
